School Building: Understand what risks each day at your school! Defend yourself from abusive

Maybe us guys, we never asked if we attended a school that can provide security in terms of structural and more .... I think it is paradoxical that in the XXI century. we risk our lives every day. culture and education can not have such a high price and, above all, we should not pay with our lives the inefficiency of public bodies. should react to our voices that too often goes unheard. E 'key from the base, begin to know how to move with intelligence to try to achieve important goals for us students.

Here are the requirements that a school "normal" should have!

SCHOOLS
Gross Sq classes - From 166 to 307 sqm total gross
per pupil - From 6.65 to 12.28
height in meters. classrooms, libraries, offices, nursery and canteen - 3
gym height in meters. (Regulatory) - 7.50
Minimum area for the construction of school buildings in the square - from 6,620 to 33,900
sqm per pupil in the classroom - 1.96
No. persons DM Fire class, crowding up, standards Operating - 25
Green leafy and well-equipped compared to the total area - 66.6%
Mq total per pupil - 26

The school should contribute to a quality development and a location in the territory appropriate to the constantly changing dynamics educational, cultural, economic and social.
Starting from its structure, as written in the ministerial decree of '75, having regard to art. Law 11 of July 24, 1962, No 1073, art. 3 of the Law of 18 December 1964, no 1358, and the decree of the President of the Republic on 1 December 1956, no 1688; the school building must be:
s) must be generally smooth and flat as possible;
ii) should not insist on damp or subject to leakage and should not fall or stagnation in areas subject to landslides or potentially, also the mechanical properties shall be such as to require no special foundations that may unduly affect the total cost of construction;
iii) must be sufficiently convenient access and ample fitted with all the road works to ensure a perfect road;
iv) should lead to the retreat of the main road from the edge in order to provide sufficient security at the exit pupil;
v) shall not have direct access to highways and provincial.
The school must also provide all the rooms and spaces required:
i) for the development of curricula and extra-curricular activities;
ii) to carry out programs to teach physical education and sport ;
iii) the activities of school health services in accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic on 22 December 1967 L 1518.
The building, therefore, must be designed so that students can easily get through the room for horizontal and vertical distribution of all rooms in the school, in their interactions and joints and also can reach the outdoor areas .
This implies that educational activities are conducted for the secondary school level, usually on three floors.

Moving on to the classroom where the lessons are held and where every student must be able to feel at ease in order to fulfill its duties and to interact with his classmates and his teachers. The class must therefore:
i) permit the place full or partial (at the level of information, design, verification, communication) materials to the program by the students, either individually or in organized groups variously articulated;
ii) to accommodate all those within its furniture and equipment for individual or group needed now or in the foreseeable future as a result of the above (furniture and furnishings combined, audiovisual equipment, overhead projectors, language labs or teaching machines, closed circuit television systems etc.).
iii) have a space complementary to 'entire space of the school, as only part of the exhaust and extracurricular school activities.

It thus can not constitute a basic element to be repeated in series along a corridor, but should, as much as possible , spatially integrated with other environments, either directly or through the spaces for distribution. Finally
here listed all the security conditions that should be in a school. They are mainly:
i) the stability of buildings under normal or exceptional circumstances (earthquakes, floods, etc.).
ii) the safety of facilities, both in use and the management;
iii) the defense of the agents atmospheric
iv) the protection of lightning;
v) the defense of fires;
vi) microbial defense.

These are just a few steps of the ministerial decree on the structure of the school. Looking around, I think there are cases where a guy can really feel safe inside the school. So far all us kids, we continued to attend and dilapidated buildings constructed without the slightest respect for the law, now is the time to react. We can not continue to live our school life passively, without concern for conditions in which the building for almost two thirds of the study and spend most of our days. Not interested in the problems of school is like a damn about the problems of their own home.

We children must feel at ease within the school in order to best carry out our tasks.
For too long has not done anything to solve these complex issues, nor do we boys we tried to do it now, though, it's time to make our voices heard and show people our ideas to make our school a place for not only studying but also to collaboration between students and professors, sports, research, and many other interesting and educational.
