Each student has his ID card when entering school should have a punch: if it arrives a few minutes late, must lead to the justification.
"The important thing is that kids are at school before 8.03. Do not ask us to teach more, but to control" is the bitter comment of the teacher who told me the situation.
The school did not have the money to install the system, and was sponsored by a company's chicken farm. I hope that is not a significant coincidence!
